Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use 3D Customize, create or download a design, request a quote, create an account, purchase a subscription, or place an order. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or use it in violation of applicable law.

You keep ownership of files and designs you upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to receive, process, modify, manufacture, and deliver the requested work.

You grant 3D Customize a limited permission to store, process, reproduce, modify, and share your files with service providers only as needed to provide the requested service, operate the account, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations.

You may not submit content that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful, dangerous, or prohibited. We may refuse or cancel work that we reasonably believe violates these requirements.

Prices shown by an automated quote depend on the model, selected options, shipping information, taxes, and other order details. We may contact you if a file cannot be manufactured as submitted or if a material issue requires approval before production.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. An order is not treated as paid based only on a browser message; payment must be confirmed through our payment records.

3D printing can produce normal variations in surface texture, layer lines, color, dimensions, and finish. We aim to meet the specifications accepted for the order, subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances and the limits of the selected process and material.

You are responsible for confirming that a design, material, and finished part are suitable for your intended use. Unless we expressly agree in writing, products are not certified for medical, safety-critical, food-contact, life-support, or regulated uses.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because custom production may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee a cancellation after processing or manufacturing has started.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the accepted order details, contact us promptly with the order information and supporting photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy when required by the order terms or applicable law.

Shipping estimates are estimates and may be affected by production requirements, carrier delays, address problems, weather, and other events outside our control. Review the destination and delivery information before completing payment and contact us promptly about a lost or damaged shipment.

Browser-based design tools and previews help create printable models, but you remain responsible for reviewing downloaded files and validating printer, slicer, material, strength, fit, and safety settings before use.

Rights for a downloaded file are limited to the license or plan shown when the file is provided. A subscription may add commercial-use or team rights while the applicable plan is active.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or product quality. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, 3D Customize is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service or a customer-selected design or application. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use.
